Tony Goetz Elementary serves students in kindergarten through fifth grade. The site is one of the 2019 Bond Projects that saw complete demolition to make way for new state-of-the-art construction. In 2022 the school was recognized as a National School of Character. The school was named in honor of the late Tony Goetz. Goetz in 1948 was an accomplished musician, director, and instructor who began his career as director of the United States Army Band before dedicating his life work to the students of Muskogee.
