Oklahoma Caring Van to Provide Flu Shots for MPS Students
MUSKOGEE, Okla. - The Oklahoma Caring Foundation’s Oklahoma Caring Van Program will visit nine sites across the Muskogee Public Schools district the week following Thanksgiving. They will offer the flu vaccine to children and adolescents at no cost to their families.
Parents are required to complete a consent and authorization form for their child.
Oklahoma Caring Van will be at school sites on the following dates and times.
Monday, November 28th
Muskogee High School at 9 a.m.
Sadler Fine Arts at 11 a.m.
Rougher Alternative Academy at 1 p.m.
Tuesday, November 29th
6th and 7th Grade Academy at 9 a.m.
Pershing Elementary at 11 a.m.
Cherokee Elementary at 1 p.m.
Wednesday, November 30th
8th and 9th Grade Academy at 9 a.m.
Tony Goetz Elementary at 11 a.m.
Creek Elementary at 1 p.m.
