Due to continued winter weather, all MPS school sites will remain closed tomorrow Thurs., Feb. 2. There is no remote instruction. District events are canceled.
While main roads have improved, conditions on rural roads and neighborhood streets continue to be slick. This remains a safety concern for our buses, young drivers, and students who walk to school.
ESSENTIAL SERVICE PERSONNEL & 12 MONTH EMPLOYEES
In an effort to prioritize safety, essential service personnel will report to work. Essential service personnel and 12 month employees should check with their supervisors about work schedules during the closure.
District officials will continue to monitor weather conditions. Should additional announcements be necessary, updates will be sent through the district's website, social media, and notification system.
