March 2023 Health Clinics
MUSKOGEE, Okla. - Muskogee Public Schools will host the Oklahoma State Department of Health’s Mobile Wellness Unit Child and Adolescent Health Clinic throughout the month of January. Services include well and sick child visits, immunizations, and community health worker resource referrals. There is no out-of-pocket cost to families. Insurance and Medicaid is accepted.
A parent or legal guardian must be present for the appointment and are required to complete a consent and authorization form for their child.

The Mobile Wellness Unit will be at school sites on the following dates and times.
Muskogee High School
Friday, March 10th
9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
8th & 9th Grade Academy at Alice Robertson
Thursday, March 23rd
9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
6th & 7th Grade Academy at Ben Franklin
Friday, March 31st
9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
