School Mission Statement:
Creek Elementary’s Mission Statement starts with a shared vision of the responsibilities of providing the best education for our students. Many components are necessary for developing the best plan to achieve the shared vision. Team learning has enabled teachers to create a new level of collegiality across grade levels and PLC teams to improve student achievement. Creek staff believes all students can learn and be successful while holding high expectations for all, students, staff, community, and self. Building climate incorporates our beliefs that safety and a warm learning environment are essential for high achieving students. The Creek community has been included in our learning process planning to develop trust and confidence in that the plan will include all learners and stakeholders working together to provide the best education, utilizing best practices. Creek community will continue to practice honest and open communications throughout the monitoring process on how we are doing in providing the best education for our students, analyzing data, and making adjustments as needed. The traditions at Creek focus around educating the whole child, protecting what is important, with a caring atmosphere, celebrating our successes with recognition and appreciation of efforts of students, staff, and our community.
