The new Strategic Plan 2.0 (2025–2030) builds on the progress made over the past five years and was developed through a transparent process grounded in stakeholder input and data-driven decision making. It outlines priorities that strengthen instruction, expand opportunities, and foster equitable learning environments for all students.

Our strategic planning efforts set the expectation that every student, regardless of background, ability, or access, will have the tools and support needed to achieve at high levels. These plans guide our work to accelerate learning, ensure on-time graduation, and prepare students with meaningful college, career, and life readiness skills.
